DRIVEN BY PASSION
TRIDENTE was founded with the idea of crafting something truly unique. We travelled across Mexico visiting different regions in order to experience first hand the harsh environments where Blue Agave was grown. Ultimately, we decided that by combining Blue Agave from different regions we could craft a unique Tequila which reflected our passion. The states of Nayarit, Jalisco and Michoacan were selected and so we began the process of distilling our very first bottles of TRIDENTE Tequila.
We believe in tradition, by effect, we focused on quality over quantity. From our bottle design to our recipe, we avoid cutting corners and strive to craft a Tequila which is true to its origins, yet innovative and unique in flavor.
TRUE TO IT'S ROOTS
We wanted to represent the distinct regions of Mexico which produce Blue Agave, each truly unique in flavor and composition. Crafted alongside Master Distiller Manuel Cedeño Cruz, we experimented with various Blue Agave blends until we ended up with our TRIDENTE blend.
Which regions did we select for our Blue Agave?
JALISCO, where it all began. Tequila was originally crafted here and has since spread across the world and taken a part of Mexican tradition along with it. Blue Agave from this region is what most people experience, a robust body with a smooth finish.
NAYARIT, a rich cultural state which is one of the five that is legally allowed to produce Tequila in Mexico. Popular for its Rivieras and indigenous roots, Blue Agave from Nayarit added a unique sweetness to TRIDENTE.
MICHOACAN, a state renowned for its spiritual and artistic background, also one of the other five states that is legally allowed to produce Tequila. Blue Agave from this region was smoother than other regions, thus giving our blend an elegant and soft body.
